The Aggregate Reliability Report provides a detailed description of adjusted failure rates at all levels of the design hierarchy, as well as aggregate reliability figures for the entire design. Statistics are provided for the entire design and (when theDiagnostic Scope has been constrained to an Operating Mode) for the selected scope. This report is useful for troubleshooting reliability roll-up issues, understanding how explicitly-assigned failure rateshave been apportioned among lower-level objects/funtions, and identifying where unused portions of the design have resulted in adjustments to explicitly-assigned failure rates.
