Symbols can be copied to the clipboard for later pasting into other symbol libraries or other programs. When copied, symbols are represented in a native format as well as Windows Metafiles (WMF) to enable pasting high resolution symbols into other programs.
How To Copy Symbols

In the Symbol Library window, right-click on the symbol that is to be copied.
