Object properties are characteristics associated with all objects. They can be used to describe the object, control object appearance, or define information for analysis. The various types of object properties are described in the following table:

How to Work with General Properties
Object properties can be edited using the Details panel that appears when a single object is highlighted, the Object Batch Changes panel that appears when multiple objects are highlighted, in Grid View or using the Formatting toolbar (the editing method(s) for each property type are listed in the table above).
