When a inheiritance Test is selected within its test set the Context panel will show the Inheiritance Panel data as shown below. The Test Inheritance Panel is only active when viewing a hierarchical model which contains lower level tests which have been inherited from below.From here, the Analyst can select which tests are inherited from the lower level model.  To edit test coverage for these tests, the lower level model test will need to be modified.

 

 

On the Test Inheritance panel, lower-level group tests appear as folders containing individual subtests. In previous versions of eXpress, it was not possible to view or modify grouped subtests that had been inherited hierarchically.Also, the test set folders on this panel are color-coded to reflect the usage setting of each test set. Here the ECU is color coded to reflect that it is suppling the enable (BRAKE FLUID LEVEL GND) to the BF level sensor.
