The creation of Group tests is as simple as selecting the tests to be grouped.
How To Create Group Tests

Double-click on the destination test set to enter the Test Set Editing Mode

In the Explorer Tree, highlight the tests to be grouped.

Select the desired options on the Create New Group Test dialog and click on the "OK" button.
