Failure Effects can be deleted using the Failure Effects panel (for object effects) or Design Failure Effects panel (for design effects). Failure effects (of either type) can also be removed using operations in the Design menu.Once removed, failure effects are permanently deleted from the design, including all of their references (such as in the cause lists for remaining design effects).
How To Delete Object Failure Effects (using Panels)
Select "Delete..." from the Failure Effects submenu within the Design menu.
Or
Alternative: All failure effects can be deleted from a design by selecting "Delete All Object Effects...", "Delete All Design Effects..." or "Delete All Effects..." from the Failure Effects submenu within the Design menu (objects need not be selected prior to performing this operation).
