Pasting objects creates new instances of objects that have already been copied to the Windows Clipboard.
How To Paste Objects

Select the Design onto which the pasted objects should appear. Be sure to click on the design sheet to activate it.

Choose Paste from the main Edit menu.
Alternative 1: Use the Ctrl+V key combination.
Alternative 2: Use the Paste icon on the Standard toolbar.
Alternative 3: Right-click on the design sheet and select Paste from the pop-up context menu.
Sometimes, the pasted objects will not appear where expected. This is because eXpress attempts to place them as near to their original location as possible. However, the pasted objects will remain selected so that you can move the objects to the desired location.
