Step 5 - LInking the tests to Create Design Effects
1] Select the failure mode path testsTest set (Dynamic Effects Tests) and use the right hand mouse button to Special - Create Failure Effects as shown to the Right. The window shown below will open to Create Design Effects [Select OK] for each test in the test set where the effect is linked to it path of causes

Note: "DONE LED (GRN) always active when powered". is not shown in Black. This Effect does not have the Dynamics checkbox checked and is not linked to a test. Unlinked effects can be added manually as was done here for illustration.
