On the bottom left corner of the Desktop Fault Insertion dialog there is a button with an icon depicting a gear as shown below.
This button invokes the Desktop Fault Insertion Options dialog shown below.
Use this dialog to customize both the performance and appearance of the Desktop Fault Insertion dialog. The example at left, for instance, shows the settings for tests and fault groups displayed on the Current Step panel
