The Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet for importing

 
Although many types of data can be imported from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, there are some basic guidelines that should be followed. Failure to comply with these could prevent the import from working at all, or may simply hinder the ability to use the importing feature.
 
 
eXpress importing only fully supports worksheets containing a single table. The following example depicts a multi-table worksheet that is not supported within eXpress.
 
 
 
For the worksheet above, eXpress will be able to read data rom “Time”, “Cost”, and “Failure Rate” sections, but not from the "Other Data" section. Instead, multiple tables should be placed into different sheets.  The field header in the table should start exactly at row 1 and column A. The following is considered an error:
