The Object Size panel on the Topology Import Options dialog contains fields that allow the Analyst to customize the size of the objects imported using the eXpressSpreadsheet Topology Import. This panel can be accessed by clicking on one of the "Options..." buttons on the Main Topology Import Panel and then selecting the Object Size tab on the Topology Import Options dialog. The Object Size options panel appears as follows:
The first dropbox on this panel allows the Analyst to select the spreadsheet column that contains the size of each object (the format must follow the Size Column in the eXpress Model topology export).
The Default Method dropbox allows the Analyst to specify how object sizes will be determined if there is no size value in the spreadsheet (or if the column is not selected on this panel). Default object widths and heights can be based on the size of the symbol, or on the default Width and Height values entered on this panel.
The Adjustments dropbox indicates whether objects with default sizes should be resized based on the amount of space needed to display the assigned object abbreviation.
The Consistency settings allow objects to be resized to match other objects in the same row or column. When resizing object width or height (but not both), the Analyst can also specify that the size ratio of the symbol be maintained.
