Grid View Cutting Cells

Feature Description

In Grid View, the Cut operation can be used to remove assigned labels and set numeric Test limits to zero. For cells that contain Test limits for defined attributes, the Cut operation will not reset the cell to the default Test limit (this is accomplished using the Reset to Defaults operation). Also, for some cells (such as those that contain names or abbreviations), the removal of a text label may result in eXpress automatically assigning the label "<UNNAMED>" (although it may not appear in the grid until the next time that the grid is populated).
Note: When the Cut operation is invoked within Grid View, it removes Test limits from the characteristics and attributes associated with one or more design elements. The elements themselves (objects, ports, nets, tests, etc.) cannot be removed from a design from within Grid View.
