The Design Attribute Panel shows attributes which apply to the entire Design.  It requires an attribute setup with the design checkbox selected in define Attributes. Here a design attribute has been setup to show the status of the design in the procurement cycle As shown below.  Note: to setup a design checklist attribute, the Objects checkbox must also be checked as shown below.  The "value" of each Attribute whether text or numeric can be edited in the panel and the source for each attribute can be set to default, Analyst-entry or equation.
