Percentage of Total Failure Rate in Scope Algorithm

 
Description
 
The Percentage of Total Failure Rate in Scope is the percentage of the hierarchical design's total failure rate that is included in the Diagnostic Scope for the specified in diagnostic studie. (Note: this metric does not appear when the scope is set to <Entire Design>).
 
Calculation
 
This Test limit is calculated by dividing the Aggregate Failure Rate (in Scope) by the Aggregate Failure Rate (Total) for the given diagnostic study:
