Dependencies can be added to a Analyst-defined input function using the Input Functions panel. (Note: When input dependencies are automatically generated, all net functions that are present on the attached net will already be included in the list of input function dependencies.)
How To Add Dependencies to a User-Defined Input Function

Select the port for which input function dependencies are to be added.

Choose the Input Functions tab within the context panels. The "Automatically Filtered Dependencies" checkbox should already be disabled (otherwise, the input filter already contains all available net functions).

In the Non-Dependencies list (on the right side of the the Input Functions panel.), double-click on the name of each net function to be added from the Dependencies list.
Alternative 1: Highlight the net function(s) to be added to the Dependencies list and click on the "move left" icon ( < ).
Alternative 2: Click on the "move all left" icon ( << ) to move all net functions from the Non-Dependencies list to the Dependencies list (functions need not be highlighted to perform this operation).
