State Attributes

Feature Description

What are State Attributes?

State Attributes are Attributes that can be used to describe additional characteristics of an object state. Currently Attributes on object states are not utilized within eXpress analyses, although these Attributes can be used to store additional information that may be useful for identifying different object states. Furthermore, state Attributes can contain properties that are to be utilized by other tools that receive their data from eXpress (thereby allowing eXpress to act as a data governing tool in an overall development or maintenance process). Before Attribute values can be entered for individual states, an Attribute must first be created and enabled for object states, with a default value being set up (optionally) for states.
