Using Integer Attributes to designate Test order

Feature Description

Setting Up Order in which tests are run Manually

The order in which tests are run in detection and Isolation can be controlled in several ways. When an integer attribute is attached to test the integer will control the order that the test is called for detection or isolation unless weightings or a prerequisite overrule the interger.

The Integer Attribute is defined as shown to the right and the default is left as zero (default).

In many cases this method is preferable to Prequisites and much simpler to setup.

It is acceptable to use the same integer for groups of tests where the order of usage within the group is not of importance.

It is also acceptable to use a test integer attribute in setting up prequisites where the prequisite is made dependent on the test Order.
