You can now specify the order in which Attributes are displayed throughout the eXpress software.

 

Attributes are alphabetically sorted alphabetically by default. To specify your own sort order, you must first enable the new “Sort Attributes in Analyst-defined order” checkbox at the bottom of the Attribute Definition dialog. Next, highlight the Attribute definition(s) that you would like to reposition and then click on the green “arrow” buttons at the bottom of the dialog until the Attribute(s) have been moved to the desired position.

 

Once you have ordered the Attributes to your liking, this sort order will be used when Attributes are displayed on the various Attributes panels, within Grid View, and in the list of Attributes on the data source properties panel (Data Source Administration) when Attributes are to be imported.

 

Here 5 BIT categories have been defined with the default BIT Category CBIT. Mutual Eclusive has been turned off allowing a BIT test to have more than one Category.
