output function
is considered "used" if neither it nor any of its upper-level parent functions are 1) exclusively
upstream
from unlinked output flags, nor 2) associated with an
unused port
. If the entire set of used functions are
detected
within a diagnostic study, then both the
Total Functions Detected
and
Total Probability Detected
metrics will be calculated as 100.0%. Compare with
unused functions
