Having eXpress create Failure Effects
Feature Description
Creating 1 to 1 Object Failure Effects for each Object Failure Mode
Use the Right Hand Mouse button to Select "Create Object Effects for All Object Failure Modes" as shown below
This opens the Window Shown below that to allow the analyst to choose the Severity (No Effect is Default - least Severity)

Note: Where multiple Severities are required, All Object Failure Effects should be reviewed and edited in Grid View
