The “Operation” dropbox that lets you specify whether you are creating new tests, updating existing tests or both. There is also a new option to update only Attributes.

The “Scope” dropbox lets you specify whether to create (or update) only tests selected on the right-hand panel (as shown above), all tests in the designs linked to by selected assemblies (as shown at left) or all tests in all assemblies.
