New symbol libraries can be created in any symbol folder. Additional libraries are often helpful to organize groups of symbols for easier retrieval later.
How To Create New Symbol Libraries

Right-click in the Symbol Library window,

Select "New Library" from the pop-up context menu.

Enter the name to be assigned to he new library and click on the "OK" button.
Note: Since symbol libraries are created as files on the disk, all the same restrictions exist for naming symbol libraries as exist for naming files on your hard drive.
