Measurement are setup in the design to allow multiple tests and test outcomes to use the same measurements.
Measurements setups include:

Measurement Label: The is label that will be presented to the technician performing the measurement.

Measurement Description: Analyst String to describe the usage of this measurement

Measurement Location: The physical location of the measurement. However, the location may be tied to a modelled test location.

Measurement Signal: Is either a signal defined in a selection list or non-defined signal which is defined at the time the measurement is created.

Measurement Category: A checklist attribute

Measurement Units: decibels, volts, amps, ohms, pounds, ounces, tons, inches, feet, yards, meters, etc.

Measurement Value Persists: When this option is choosen the value remains for all other tests so retest is not required

Measurement Usage: (local, hierarchical, global)
