Min. Functions Detected refers to a pair of columns that appear in the Detection Order Table section of the Detection Order Report. These two columns (which are highlighted in yellow in the example below) provide numbers that describe the percentage of functions (at the level of the design specified by the ) that are fully proven good when a detection test passes. These Test limits are not probability-weighted and therefore do not reflect the likelihood that the test would pass in fielded diagnostics.
