On the Net Functions panel, the net functions are now listed alphabetically by default. So that the interface is not bogged down when you click on a net that has a massive number of net functions, there is a threshold for sorting the list. The default is 1000—meaning that (by default) the list will only be alphabetically sorted for nets containing 1000 or fewer net functions.
