Here there was zero effect with the count set to 2 but when set ot just 1 the effect was dramatic. Reducing the number of Functions allowed in the tests to isolate in this case`had a big effect.  This Multiple Fault run was made with Operational refinement not postponed so the refinedment was effect by this cutoff.
