Feature Description

Diagnostic study reports that have been previously saved in XML format can be reformatted as RTF files by loading them into a diagnostic study.

How To Load a Previously-Saved XML Report into a Diagnostic Study

1
Either create or load a diagnostic study so that it is the active document (the study does not have to be the same one used to generate the reports).
2
Choose "Generate from XML..." from the Reports menu.
3
Using the selection dialog, locate the previously-saved XML report file and click on the Open button.
4
Enable/Disable sections of the report (as desired) on the report options dialog and click on the Generate button.

The following report types can be saved/loaded from XML:
When a report is loaded from XML, it can only be formatted as a "RTF Report without HotLinks". Also, some calculation options may not be selectable for some report types (such as Lamda Search Criteria for the Fault Isolation Report). Because all report sections are included when a report is saved as XML, the Analyst can specify which sections are to be included/excluded when the reports is loaded into eXpress.
