At the top of the Main Topology Import Panel are two edit boxes that are used to label the topology import data sourceand specify the spreadsheet file from which topology data is to be imported.
Data Source Name - a Analyst-assigned label describing the import (changes to the data source name are reflected in the tree on the left side of theData Source Administration dialog. By default, this field is set to <Spreadsheet Topology Import> for all data sources of this type.
Data Source Filename - specifies the Excel file from which topology data is to be imported (use the "Browse..." button to select the file).
Once these two fields have been filled out, the Analyst can usually configure the import with a single click by selecting one of the seven Import Modes. For a new import the "Import Topolgy" mode should be used.
