This warning will appear on the screen when the FMECA ICON is selected in Diagnostics but the Diagnostic has not been saved.
Solution: Save the Diagnostic to a file and re-select the FMECA ICON
Option: Select Exclude Diagnostics. FMECA wil;l then not tell you if fault was detected
