When you create hierarchical tests for one or more tests that have already been inherited into a given test set, the following prompt will now appear:
Click on “Update” to update the names of existing hierarchical tests—using the current names of the lower-level tests that you selected on the “Create Hierarchical Test(s)” dialog and applying the specified Test Naming template. If the “Inherit Attribute Values from Lower-Level Tests” checkbox was enabled on that dialog, then clicking on “Update” will also re-inherit lower-level Attributes into existing hierarchical tests. New hierarchical tests will be created for any of the selected tests that have not already been “brought up” into the existing test set.
If you click on the “Inherit” button, then a new hierarchical test will be created for each selected lower-level test (regardless of whether that test has already been inherited).
Click on the “Skip” button to ignore tests that have already been inherited into that test set. New hierarchical tests will be created only for selected tests that have not already been inherited.
