The best equals parameter specifies the method used to determine which test has the best calculated Test limit for that test weighting. The following settings are available for this parameter.

Lowest
the highest weighting will be assigned to the test with the lowest calculated Test limit.
Highest
the highest weighting will be assigned to the test with the highest calculated Test limit.
Closest to Mean
the highest weighting will be assigned to the test whose calculated Test limit comes closest to the mean Test limit for all candidate tests.
Median
the highest weighting will be assigned to the test whose calculated Test limit comes closest to the median Test limit for all candidate tests.
Half-Split
the highest weighting will be assigned to the test whose calculated Test limit comes closest to half-splitting the calculation for the existing set of functions.
