Tests limits can be used to direct the isolation path and this type of testing is very useful where multiple outcome testing is employed. This help section will show four different methods of limit testing.
With a test Implementation selected choose the Limits Tab as shown below
Passing versus Failing Limits
All limits setup in the limits tab are either a set of passing limit(s) or failing limit(s) depending upon whether the setting is the limits is set to "PASS" or "FAIL"
"PASS" versus "FAIL" setting
Multiple Limits
"Any" versus "All" limits

Application of Measurements to Limits
Measurement are attached to the design so that a measurement can be used by mulitple tests or multiple test outcomes. Tests that have unique measures that are not reused by other tests or test outcomes do not require that you setup measurements. When a measurement is setup in the design using the test implementation it needs to be added to the test to be used with the test limit.
MultiOutcome Tests
For multiple-outcome tests, the limits for each subtest of the multi-outcome group test are sererately setup on the lower level test as failure outcomes for each subtest.
