Diagnostics will run with none of these fields filled out but is is recommended that the Analyst fill in Title and Scope at a minimum for each diagnostic run. Since Scope defines the the mission and contents of the model to be diagnosed it shoul always be setup.  Where many diagnostic runs are being made the title should include the run number so the Analyst can save the diagnostic with the run number and go back to it. It is also a very good idea to use the Configuration Template to allow quick turnaround on diagnostic runs without having to re-fillout each context panel item for each run.
