The “Gather Only Diagnostic Attributes” checkbox allows you to specify that only diagnostic-related Attributes should be gathered as diagnostic resources are built. This feature, which is enabled by default, speeds up processing for designs that contain a large number of different Attributes.

 

If you select a diagnostic study template that was created in an earlier release of eXpress, this option will be disabled. To add this option to an existing diagnostic template, simply select the template, re-enable this feature on the Diagnostic Options dialog and then click on the “Update Template” button to write the change to the template.
