The names of duty cycle lists are edited using the Details panel. Although eXpress does not impose any special naming considerations for duty cycle lists (you can even rename the baseline duty cycle list), it is usually a bad idea to assign the same name to two lists (since it makes it difficult to distinguish between the two lists).
How to Name or Rename Duty Cycle Lists

In the Explorer Tree, select the duty cycle list that you wish to name / rename

Choose the Details tab within the context panels.

On the Details panel, click in the text box labeled "Abbr" and edit the name.
