The baseline duty cycles list contains the set of duty cycles (multiplying factors) that are utilized when the Analyst does not explicitly specify a duty cycle list for eXpress analyses. Although, by default, the baseline duty cycle list assumes a factor of 1.0 for all objects and output functions, the Analyst can modify these factors in order to set up a custom baseline for duty cycle calculation. Although it is created automatically for every eXpress design (if it is deleted, it will be created again automatically), the baseline duty cycles list can be renamed by the Analyst (if desired) to more clearly reflect the nature of the duty cycles that are applied to the design by default.
