Once a net has been created, additional ports can still be added (or existing ports removed) from that net.
How To Attach Ports

Enter Net Editing mode (by double-clicking on any net, for instance).

Move the mouse cursor over any port that has not yet been connected to a net. The mouse cursor will change to display a plus sign. Click on that port to attach it to the selected net.
After attaching or detaching the nets, it is a good idea to Examine the Net Functions to look for any unexpected results. It is also a good idea to perform a few other checks to ensure that the modification did not cause wider reaching changes.
