The Method tab allows the analyst to specify the method and cutoffs to be used as design states are created.

 

 

This chooses how the Design State is named. Note: This can create extremely long design State Names where "State Abbreviations" option is used and there are many Object states. Root Window provides a means of adding a prefix to the Design State name. The default is Design State which will create numbered states. "List Only Non-Default States" provides a means of creating states to create tests for paths not created using Default States.

 

This chooses how the Design State is Described in it's description field. In most cases, Checks should agree with the checks selected in the Design State Naming method above.
