Circuit Breakers (special case)
Circuit Breakers on eXpress models require special filtering to properly create realistic tests

In the above model the breaker outputs should be filtered as follows:
Voltage out - default filtering (Voltage in)
Breaker Indicator port on breaker - filter to Voltage out (return signal from Object)
Bidirectional PWR IN on Object being supplied power (None - default not recommended)
Diagnostics will show both the Object and the CKT BRK in ambiguity and nothing else (No Fault Propagation)
