Functional Reliability Data - The data used by eXpress in determining the adjusted failure rate associated with each output function. This data can be explicitly defined by the Analyst in a reliability attribute for each function or automatically assigned by eXpress as an apportionment of the object reliability and/or a roll-up of lower-level functional reliabilities.
