Exported Function

In the eXpress eXpress Model topology export format, the Function column contains the abbreviation of one or more output functions that are associated with entries in the Port column (entries should only appear in the Function column for ports whose specified flow direction is either output or bidirectional). Although, as Exported by eXpress, this column will contain only a single function in each cell, the eXpress Spreadsheet Topology Import can handle multiple output functions listed in a single cell (these functions will each be assigned to every port listed in the Port column). The same function can also be listed in multiple cells. If the Port and Object columns contain the same values for two rows listing the same function(s), then it should be interpreted as being multiple lines describing the same output function (each row perhaps containing part of the function's dependencies). If the Port column contains different values, but the Object cells are the same, then identical Function column values will be treated as the same function visible on multiple ports (each with their own dependencies). When a function name is repeated in rows with different values in the Object column, then the repeated names represent different output functions on different objects. When the Omit Defaults checkbox is enabled on the Export Topology to Spreadsheet Dialog, then the eXpress eXpress Model topology export will leave this column empty for ports with automatic functions.
