Making an Operating Mode from a Subset

Operation at the left opens the window below so the Analyst can specify the name of the Operating mode
The Analyst can then select the Subset to be made into and Operating Mode and fill out its description in the contest panel as shown below

NOTE: The Analyst must make an existing Subset into an Operating Mode in order to select it in a diagnostic.
