eXpress can increase or decrease spacing of 1 to N items both horizontally and vertically. Here is shown just 2 Items being repaced from 5 spaces to exactly 40 spaces.
Other options are to "No more than inserted value" or "No Less Than Inserted value". This capability works in both the horizontal and Vertical directions
