- The Net Assistant is invoked by clicking on an icon that appears just beneath the Net Editing icon on the Design Editing toolbar (depicted at right).
Removing and/or changing the way a net is connected
The Net Assistant is particularly effective in situations where the Auto-Connect feature is not—such as when you need to create nets between widely separated ports with unmatched names.
The Net Assistant is also very useful when you wish to rename batches of existing nets.
