Detection Order Report
This report contains metrics that describe the fault detection (FD) capability of a diagnostic design and the overall (composite) reliability of that design. Also included is a list of each detection test and its overall contribution to fault detection. As well as providing essential indicators for testability analysis, this report can also be used to assess BIT Coverage for the set of tests utilized within the associated diagnostic study.
