This report lists the adjusted failure rates for items and objects at all levels of the design hierarchy, as well as for functions at the lowest design level. It is useful for troubleshooting reliability rollup issues, understanding how explicitly-assigned failure rates have been apportioned among lower level objects/functions, and identifying where unused portions of the design have resulted in changes to explicitly-assigned failure rates.
