This method returns the IObject interface pointer from this ObjectCollection.
Remarks
Searches for an Object based on the variant type passed in:
  • VT_BSTR - Find the Object by its name
  • VT_I2, VT_I4, VT_UI4 - Find the Object by its index or ID
