This method returns the HRESULT.
Remarks
Deletes the FailureMode based on the VARRIANT type passed in:
  • VT_BSTR - Find the FailureMode by its name
  • VT_I2, VT_I4, VT_UI4 - Find the FailureMode by its index or ID
