This method returns an IFailureMode pointer from the IFailModeCollection .
Remarks
Adds for a FailureMode object based on the variant type passed in:
  • VT_BSTR - Find the FailureMode by its name
  • VT_I2, VT_I4, VT_UI4 - Find the FailureMode by its index or ID
