IDesignResourceFModeList
The IDesignResourceFModeList is an array for storing DesignResourceFMode objects.

Gets the DesignResourceFMode object by its Index from the DesignResourceFModeList
Remove
Deletes the DesignResourceFMode object by its Index from the DesignResourceFModeList.

Count
Returns the number of DesignResourceFMode objects in DesignResourceFModeList.
